Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Revistozo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
Description of Services
Revistozo provides document preparation and organization services for microentrepreneurs in Paraguay who are applying to support programs offered by government entities, municipalities, and cooperatives. Our services include:
- Completing application forms according to program specifications
- Organizing identification documents (cédula photocopies)
- Preparing updated RUC documentation
- Gathering and formatting proof of address documents
- Creating fund usage plans
- Compiling any additional program-specific requirements
Service Limitations
Our services are strictly limited to document preparation and organization. We explicitly do not:
- Submit applications on your behalf to any program offices
- Interact with program administrators or government officials
- Guarantee approval of any application
- Provide legal, financial, or business consulting services
- Take any percentage or commission based on funds you receive
The application process and all interactions with support programs remain your responsibility.
Fees and Payment
Our services are provided at a fixed administrative fee agreed upon before work begins. This fee covers document preparation services only and is not contingent on application outcomes. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply all necessary documents and materials in a timely manner
- Review all prepared documents for accuracy before submission
- Submit completed folders to appropriate programs yourself
- Comply with all program requirements and deadlines
- Understand that document preparation does not guarantee program approval
Intellectual Property
All content on the Revistozo website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Revistozo and protected by Paraguayan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all personal and business information you provide. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to prepare documents accurately according to program requirements, you are responsible for reviewing all prepared materials before submission. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in information you provide or for changes in program requirements after document preparation.
No Guarantees
We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:
- Approval of any application to support programs
- Receipt of funding or resources from any program
- Specific outcomes from using our document preparation services
- Program availability, requirements, or policies
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revistozo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Revistozo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Paraguayan courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
